It is a label that tells us which cart items use the same artwork. It is not your shirt quantity, size, or an extra print location. Start with Design 1. Keep that number when you add more shirts using the same artwork, even if their sizes or garment colors are different. Choose Design 2 for a different design, then the next available number for each new design in the same cart.

Example: Add two medium black shirts with your company logo as Design 1. Then add three large navy shirts with that same logo as Design 1. That is five shirts sharing one design group. A birthday shirt with different artwork belongs in Design 2.

Select the same Design Service for every item sharing that artwork. Add each different size/color combination separately, setting the quantity for that combination. If you run out of available design numbers, request a quote instead of reusing a number for unrelated artwork.

Print-ready artwork: $0 design fee. Basic cleanup: $10 per design group. Custom design: $25 per design group. These fees are counted once per unique group in your current cart, not once per shirt. Print-location and personalization charges still apply to each shirt.

Example: Those five company-logo shirts in Design 1 need custom design help: the design fee is $25 total. Add a different Design 2 that also needs custom design: the design fees total $50. If Design 2 only needs cleanup, the combined design fees are $35.

If the same group accidentally includes both cleanup and custom design selections, only the $25 custom design fee applies to that group. The cart recalculates fees when qualifying items change or are removed. Do not add a separate standalone service product for artwork already covered by your apparel selections.

Choose Print-Ready Artwork and upload your finished files in the matching front/back fields. Use the same design-group number for items sharing that artwork. No cleanup or custom design fee is added. If you need us to edit the file or create the design, choose the matching paid service instead.

Request a quote for a 75-shirt company order, a team needing different names and numbers, a reunion mixing adult and youth sizes, or an event package combining shirts, cups, and other items. Also use this path for complex artwork, specialty requests, tight deadlines, or anything the product options do not cover.

A few shirts with the same artwork in different sizes or colors can use the standard apparel product: add each combination separately with the same design group. For a larger or complicated job, send the quantity, sizes/colors, artwork needs, and deadline through Request a Custom Quote. We review the project before confirming pricing; submitting a request does not place an order.

We may be able to, depending on the notice, order size, artwork, material availability, and our production schedule. For a tight deadline, request a quote before ordering and tell us the date you need the items in hand, plus whether you need shipping.

Short-notice orders may require an additional rush fee for priority production scheduling. We will confirm whether we can accept the deadline and explain any rush fee before you commit. Rush production and shipping time are separate. Entering a need-by date alone does not reserve a production slot or guarantee arrival.
