One Purchase Covers One Unique Artwork File
This product is for customers who need an existing artwork file fixed or rebuilt without purchasing a physical product from LCK at the same time. If you are ordering apparel, cards, banners, tumblers, hats, or another custom LCK product, select the artwork service directly on that product instead.
For existing artwork that only needs light preparation: background removal, transparent PNG creation, resizing, repositioning, small color changes, minor wording corrections, edge cleanup, or basic print preparation.
For an existing logo or graphic that is too blurry, pixelated, tiny, distorted, or low-resolution to simply clean up. We manually rebuild a reasonably simple design to match the existing artwork and create cleaner production-ready files when possible.
Basic Artwork Cleanup does not include creating a new design concept, substantially changing the layout, developing a new logo, detailed illustration, complex restoration, or major creative changes. Those projects belong under Custom Design Service, Custom Logo Design, or a custom quote.
Original artwork usually produces the best result. Screenshots, social-media downloads, AI-generated graphics, and heavily compressed images can sometimes be improved, but the quality of the starting file affects what can realistically be recovered.
Standard: 2–3 business days after we receive the artwork and instructions needed to begin.
Rush: Next business day +$10, when available.
Rush service is subject to current workload. Entering a Need-By Date does not guarantee delivery by that date unless LCK confirms it.
Includes one reasonable correction round related to the cleanup or redraw requested. Additional changes, repeated revisions, or a change in creative direction may require another service charge.
Simple cleanup normally includes a high-resolution PNG or JPG and a transparent PNG when applicable. Manual redraw/vector projects may include SVG or print-ready PDF when the artwork is suitable for vector recreation. Select your preferred format when ordering, or choose Not Sure — Let LCK Choose.
We will stop and contact you before performing additional billable work. You will not be automatically upgraded to a more expensive design service without your approval.
You are responsible for having permission to use any logos, photographs, characters, trademarks, graphics, or other protected material you ask LCK Creations to clean up, redraw, or reproduce.
