About Artwork Placement
This tumbler uses a removable handle secured with mounting tabs and screws. These mounting areas may limit artwork coverage and require design repositioning or blank space.
Extended wrap designs are reviewed for production compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or seamless printing underneath the handle mounting hardware.
Small alignment differences and a visible joining seam may occur with wraparound designs.
Proofs & Production
Typical production turnaround is approximately 5–7 business days after usable artwork and any required proof approval are received. Shipping time is additional.
Need-By Dates and rush production are subject to confirmation. Additional rush charges, if applicable, will be quoted before production.
Please carefully review spelling, names, colors, sizing and placement when approving a proof.

Custom Order Policies
Customers must have permission to use all submitted artwork, photographs and logos. Please verify all order details before approving production.
Customer-submitted or customer-approved errors may require a paid remake. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Custom items are generally not eligible for returns due to change of mind or customer-provided errors, subject to applicable law.
