Custom Crewneck Sweatshirt – Adult

Your design. Built for cooler weather. Create a custom midweight crewneck for businesses, teams, events, gifts, schools, work crews, clubs, or everyday wear. Upload finished artwork, send something that needs cleanup, or bring us the idea and let LCK Creations help build it.

STARTING AT $45

One Shirt + One Standard Print Location

Made using the Gildan Softstyle SF000 Midweight Fleece Adult Crewneck Sweatshirt. This 8.4 oz midweight fleece uses an 80/20 ring-spun cotton/polyester blend with a soft brushed interior and a smooth cotton face on standard colors. The base price includes one crewneck, normal production setup, and one standard print location: Full Front, Left Chest, Right Chest, or Full Back. Larger sizes, additional print locations, sleeve prints, personalization, specialty requests, or design services may increase the final price.

Which Crewneck Am I Ordering?

This product uses the Gildan Softstyle SF000 Midweight Fleece Adult Crewneck Sweatshirt. It has a classic fit, dropped shoulder, brushed fleece interior, ribbed collar/cuffs/waistband, and a smooth print-friendly face.

Want a crewneck sweatshirt instead? Shop the Custom Softstyle Crewneck Sweatshirt – Adult. Need lightweight athletic fabric? Shop the Custom Performance Crewneck Sweatshirt – Adult.

A crewneck fits and drapes differently from a crewneck sweatshirt. Use the size chart below and compare it to a sweatshirt you already own before ordering. We will not substitute a different sweatshirt style without contacting you.

Adult Crewneck Size & Fit Guide

Gildan Softstyle SF000 • Classic unisex fit • Measurements in inches.

Size Width, laid flat Body length Sleeve, center back
S 20 28 34
M 22 29 35
L 24 30 36
XL 26 31 37
2XL 28 32 38
3XL 30 33 39
4XL 32 34 40

Measure a sweatshirt you already like. Lay it flat without stretching. Measure across the chest about one inch below the armholes, then compare body length and sleeve length.

Width is measured across the garment—not around your body. These are finished garment measurements. Allow normal manufacturing tolerance and compare measurements before ordering if you prefer an oversized or closer fit.

Size reference: S&S Activewear’s Gildan SF000 specification chart. Standard storefront sizes: S–4XL.

Crewneck Color Guide

Black
White
Navy
Sport Grey
Red

Color guide—not an exact fabric match. Screen settings, lighting, and fleece texture can affect how colors appear.

We keep this standard crewneck to five versatile colors: Black, White, Navy, Sport Grey, and Red. Other Gildan SF000 colors may be available through the custom quote workflow for teams, schools, businesses, or events needing a specific shade.

Sport Grey has a different fiber blend than the standard solid colors. Choose your crewneck color in the product options above—this chart is only a visual guide.

How Custom Orders Work

Use the same simple process for every custom LCK apparel product.

  1. Pick your size. Choose the size for this item. If you need another size, add that item separately so its details stay clear.
  2. Pick your color. Choose the garment color and quantity. Use quantity only when those items have the same size, color, artwork choice, print placement, and personalization.
  3. Pick your print placement. Choose where the design will print. One standard front, chest, or back location is included. Choose a front/chest + back option for two locations, and add left or right sleeve printing separately when needed.
  4. Choose your Design Service. Select Print-Ready Artwork ($0), Basic Artwork Cleanup ($10), or Custom Design ($25). Design-service fees apply once per new artwork project, not once per garment.
  5. Upload artwork and/or references. Put front or chest artwork in the front-artwork upload, back artwork in the back-artwork upload, and use the additional-file area for references, inspiration, sleeve artwork, or supporting files. Clearly identify what each file is for.
  6. Tell us your idea. Give us the exact wording, colors, placement, style, and any special instructions. If LCK is creating the design, the more useful detail you provide, the better.
  7. Choose personalization and/or upload extra files. For a simple name, number, or short text, use the Personalization section. Enter the exact text and where it belongs. Upload a clearly labeled list when the product form allows it. Large or complicated rosters should use the custom-quote workflow.
  8. Choose your Need-By Date. Tell us when you need the order. This helps us review timing and availability; entering a date does not guarantee rush production unless LCK confirms it.
  9. Read and agree to the Terms of Service. Review your selections, proof preference, artwork permission, custom-order acknowledgments, and required terms before adding the item to your cart.

Ordering More Than One Item?

Same Design

Need more items with the same design but different sizes or colors? Repeat the steps above, then click the same artwork option and choose the design you want to copy. Keep the Design Service selection consistent with the artwork you are reusing. The one-time design-service fee stays with that artwork project instead of being charged again for every item.

Different Design

Need more items with a different design? Repeat the steps above, but do not click the same-artwork option. Upload the next design as a new artwork project and choose the Design Service that project needs.

Quick Note: If you only need a simple name, number, or short text added to the same base design, use the Personalization section instead of creating a new artwork project.

Fee example: Five crewnecks using the same artwork project with Custom Design = $25 total design fee. Add a completely different design that also needs Custom Design = another $25.

Print Placement & Personalization Pricing

Starting crewneck price: $45. Some sizes or options may cost more. Your selections and cart show the final price. The additions below are charged per crewneck.

Selection Added per crewneck
Full Front or Left Chest or Right Chest or Full Back Included—choose one
Front + Back +$12
Left Chest + Back +$12
Right Chest + Back +$12
Left sleeve print +$6
Right sleeve print +$6
One name, number, or short text +$5
Two personalized elements +$8

Left and right refer to the person wearing the crewneck. A sleeve print is an additional location, selected separately. Select every print location you want. Uploading a back or sleeve file by itself doesn’t add that print location to your order.

“Full Front” and “Full Back” describe the print location, not edge-to-edge or all-over printing. Final print size depends on the artwork and garment. If you need an exact print measurement, tell us before ordering.

Example: Two $45 crewnecks with Front + Back (+$12 each), sharing artwork project with Custom Design ($25 once), total $139 before tax and shipping. Other selections or size price differences change the total.

How Large Will the Print Be?

The right print size depends on the crewneck and the design. The measurements below give you a starting point. They’re general examples—we’ll confirm any exact size you request.

Placement Typical reference size
Adult crewneck full front or full back Around 11–12 inches wide as a common starting range; artwork proportions, garment size, seams, and requested look determine final dimensions.
Small chest logo Often around 4–4½ inches wide; tall or detailed logos may need a different size.
Standard sleeve logo Often around 3–4½ inches wide on the upper sleeve. Full-length sleeve graphics or oversized sleeve designs require a quote.

A wide logo is not forced into a square. If your logo is twice as wide as it is tall, printing it 11 inches wide makes it about 5½ inches tall. We keep its shape instead of stretching it to fill a square.

Shirt size matters. A print can look larger on a Small than on a 3XL crewneck. Garment cut, available flat area, seams, artwork detail, and placement all affect suitable dimensions. Youth and toddler garments generally need smaller prints. A larger shirt does not automatically include a larger transfer.

If you need a specific width, height, oversized print, or matching print dimensions across several sizes, put that request in Tell Us What You Want and ask us to confirm it before ordering. Oversized or unusual placements may need a separate quote. If exact measurements matter, we’ll confirm them in writing along with your proof. A mockup shows the overall look, but you shouldn’t measure the print from the picture.

Reference guidance: Transfer Express design-size and placement guides. We check what works for your crewneck and design.

WHICH ARTWORK OPTION SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Print-Ready Artwork — $0 Design Fee

Choose this when your design is already finished and ready to print. It should be clear, properly spelled, high-quality, and require little or no editing.

Examples: transparent PNG, finished logo, completed graphic, print-ready PDF, or usable vector artwork.

Basic Artwork Cleanup — $10 Per New Artwork Project

Choose this when the design already exists but needs minor preparation before printing.

Examples: background removal, simple cleanup, resizing, basic text adjustments, minor color changes, or preparing an existing file for print.

Custom Design Needed — $25 Per New Artwork Project

Choose this when you have an idea, wording, photo, inspiration, rough sketch, or reference, but you need LCK Creations to build the finished design.

More involved design work, logo creation, detailed illustration, or major redraws may require a separate design quote before work begins.

ARTWORK FILES

Send Us the Best File You Have

Higher-quality artwork produces better prints. Upload the original file whenever possible instead of a screenshot or social-media download.

Preferred: PNG • JPG/JPEG • PDF • SVG

Low-resolution, blurry, compressed, or damaged artwork may require cleanup or may not produce the same quality as the original image. Cleanup cannot always restore missing detail. A JPG can include a visible background; tell us whether a background should remain. If the upload field rejects your file type, contact us for another way to send it.

Which File Goes Where?

Product field What to put here
Upload Front Artwork Artwork for the front or chest.
Upload Back Artwork Artwork for the back.
Additional Reference Image or File Inspiration, a reference, or sleeve artwork. Explain what it is and where it belongs.
Tell Us What You Want Exact wording, design colors, artwork placement, and instructions for each file. For sleeve artwork, identify left or right.
Personalization Details Exact names, numbers, or short text, where each belongs, and which crewneck receives each detail.
Upload Personalization List Names or Other (Bulk Orders) A clearly labeled list connecting each name/number to its crewneck size and color. Request a quote first for a large or complicated roster.

No finished design yet? Select Custom Design Needed and describe your idea, exact wording, colors, and placement. Add references if available and fill in any fields marked as required.

For additional items using the same artwork, choose the same artwork option and select the artwork you want to reuse. If the form asks for a required upload on another item, attach the same file again.

What Does “Two Personalized Elements” Mean?

A “personalized element” simply means one separate name, number, or short text entry added to the design. It is not a count of letters or digits.

What you want added Choose this option
JORDAN One element: +$5 per crewneck
12 One element: +$5 per crewneck—the two digits form one number
TEAM MOM as one short text entry One element: +$5 per crewneck
JORDAN plus 12 Two elements: +$8 per crewneck
A name plus a separate short date or title Two elements: +$8 per crewneck
A name, a number, and a separate title Three elements: request a quote

Words already included in the design everyone is using don’t automatically count as extra personalization. This option is for individual details you add, like each person’s name or number. A paragraph, long list, complex custom layout, or an extra copy in another location is not automatically covered by the one-element price.

Example instruction: “Medium black shirt: JORDAN above 12 on the back. Large navy shirt: TAYLOR above 8 on the back.” Select the relevant print placement as well as personalization. For each shirt, provide exact spelling, capitalization, numbers, and placement.

Personalization is charged per crewneck and is separate from selected print-location charges and any one-time design-group service. If you are unsure which option applies, ask before checkout.

PROOFS & REVISIONS

Review It Before We Make It

Choose Yes – Send Me a Proof Before Production if you want to review the design first. Choose No – Print My Submitted Artwork As-Is only for finished, print-ready files. If you select cleanup or custom design help, choose the proof option. Review spelling, layout, colors, placement, and personalization carefully before approving the proof. Check your email and spam folder for proof messages. Delayed approval can move your production and completion dates. Digital proofs show the design layout; screen colors and apparent print scale may differ from the finished garment.

Custom design work includes up to two reasonable revision rounds unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions, major direction changes, or new concepts after the original design has been created may require an additional design fee.

Revisions, Changes & Additional Charges

No surprise change fees: If you ask for something beyond what’s included in your order, we’ll tell you what it costs and whether it changes your deadline before we start that extra work. You decide whether to go ahead. Declining an extra doesn’t cancel work already started; the custom-order policy below still applies.

Situation What is included or happens next
Custom Design: the idea we agreed to create Up to two reasonable revision rounds are included unless your quote states otherwise.
What counts as one revision round? You send one list of changes, and we send back an updated proof. For example: change the font, move the logo, and adjust one color submitted together are one round.
Third or later revision round We’ll tell you the cost before making more changes. Send your feedback together in one message so we can handle it in one round.
New concept or major change of direction Switching to a new theme, replacing the artwork, asking for a major redraw, or changing the whole layout means more work than a small revision. We’ll price that work for you before starting.
Basic Artwork Cleanup This covers small fixes to artwork you already have. Building a new design or recreating badly damaged artwork takes more work. We’ll explain any change in service and price before going ahead.
Changes after proof approval We’ll check what can still be changed and explain any extra design time, replacement shirts, transfers, or printing costs first. If something is already made, we may need to remake it.
Rush production We first check that we can get the materials and fit your order into the schedule. Then we confirm the rush fee and deadline with you. Faster shipping costs extra if needed.
Special garments, oversized prints, or unusual placements Tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll check what’s possible and what it costs. Adding a request in the notes doesn’t automatically include that extra work.
LCK error If we get an agreed detail wrong, fixing our mistake doesn’t use one of your paid revision rounds. Let us know so we can make it right.

The posted +$12 placement, +$6 sleeve, +$5/+$8 personalization, and $10/$25 design-service charges apply to the matching options. For anything extra, we’ll explain the price and get your okay first. Order notes tell us what you want; they don’t add unpaid extras to the order.

TURNAROUND TIME

We Move Fast When We Can.

Standard custom shirt orders are typically ready in 3–7 business days after artwork approval and once required materials are available. Production time does not include shipping transit time. A need-by date is a request until we confirm it.

Larger orders, specialty garments, complex artwork, special-order materials, or custom transfers may require additional production time.

HAVE A DEADLINE?

Have an Event Date? Ask Us First.

If you have an event date, birthday, business deadline, team event, trip, or last-minute need, contact LCK Creations before ordering.

We may be able to accept a short-notice order when our schedule and materials allow. A rush fee may apply if we need to move your order up in our production schedule. We will confirm the deadline and any rush fee before you commit; expedited shipping, if needed, is separate.

Request a Custom Quote and tell us when you need the items in hand before placing a rush order.

Bulk Pricing: Request a Project Quote

Ordering a batch for your business, team, reunion, school, or event? Ask about bulk pricing before checkout. Producing the same artwork repeatedly can lower the cost per crewneck. Every project is priced around what we are actually making.

Tell us how many shirts you need, the sizes and colors, your preferred shirt brand/style, what goes on each shirt, and the date you need them in hand. Mixed adult/youth garments or a 75-shirt company order are best organized through a quote.

What affects the quote? Why it matters
Quantity using the same artwork Repeated designs can reduce setup and production time per crewneck.
Garment brand, style, size, and color Different shirts cost different amounts, and some take longer to get.
Print size and number of locations Bigger prints and more print locations use more materials and take more time.
Individual names, numbers, or several different designs Different names or designs take more individual work, so the savings may be smaller.
Artwork help, revisions, and deadline Design services and approved rush work are priced separately.

Ask us for your bulk price before placing the order. We’ll confirm it in a written quote. The regular online price applies unless we’ve agreed on a quote or a discount appears at checkout. A basic shirt quote doesn’t include extra print locations, names/numbers, design help, rush fees, tax, or shipping unless those items are listed as included.

Approved quoted projects may require a 50% non-refundable deposit before design, ordering, or production begins, with the remaining balance due before pickup, delivery, shipment, or release. Your quote confirms the payment schedule and included work.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER

Please Double-Check Every Custom Detail

Carefully review all spelling, names, numbers, dates, sizes, colors, print locations, personalization, uploaded artwork, and special instructions before submitting your order or approving a proof.

Customer-submitted or customer-approved errors: If an item must be remade because incorrect information was submitted or an incorrect detail was approved by the customer, the replacement may require an additional charge.
If we make the mistake, we'll make it right. If LCK Creations produces something differently from the final approved order or proof, contact us so we can correct it.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Custom Means Made Specifically for You

Because customized products are made specifically for the customer, custom orders generally cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded after design work, material ordering, transfer ordering, or production has begun.

Approval of a digital proof confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the visible design, wording, spelling, numbers, layout, and other details shown in that proof.

Additional revisions, major changes after approval, or changes requested after production has begun may result in additional charges and additional production time.

Customers submitting artwork are responsible for confirming that they own, created, licensed, or otherwise have permission to reproduce the artwork provided to LCK Creations.

If your order contains a defect or LCK Creations made an error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and make it right.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors. Avoid bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry when possible. Do not iron directly over the printed design.
