The Hat
The YP Classics 6245CM is a six-panel, unstructured, low-profile cap made from cotton chino twill. It features a curved Permacurv® visor and an adjustable buckle closure for the familiar broken-in dad-hat look.
Standard solid-color hats are 100% cotton chino twill.
Custom Artwork
Choose Front Center, Front Left or Front Right placement. Standard decoration is a flat full-color heat transfer / DTF print — not simulated embroidery.
Because the 6245CM is a six-panel hat, a stitched seam runs through the center front. Artwork may be slightly resized or repositioned when needed for the cleanest finished result. Large solid graphics that cross directly over the center seam may require adjustment.

Basic Artwork Cleanup: Best for simple cleanup, background removal or minor preparation.
Custom Design: Choose this when you have an idea, references or concept but need LCK Creations to build the finished artwork.
Proofs & Turnaround
Standard turnaround is approximately 5–7 business days after usable artwork and any required proof approval are received.
A Need-By Date tells us when you need the order, but does not guarantee delivery by that date unless LCK Creations confirms it.
Rush production may be requested and is subject to blank availability, production capacity and artwork readiness. Any additional rush charge will be confirmed before production.
Before We Make It
Please review spelling, names, numbers, colors, placement and artwork carefully. You must own or have permission to use submitted artwork. Customer-approved or customer-submitted errors may require a paid remake. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Custom products are generally not returnable or refundable unless LCK Creations made the production error. If we make the mistake, we'll make it right.
