Choose Your Size & Shape
Choose patches up to 2, 3 or 4 inches in size.
Select a circle, oval, rectangle, shield or custom-shaped outline. Your finished patch will follow your design's proportions within the selected maximum dimensions.
Extremely complicated cutlines and intricate artwork may require production adjustments or an additional quote.
Artwork & Design
Print-Ready Artwork: Upload your completed logo or design.
Basic Artwork Cleanup: One-time $10 artwork-project fee for qualifying simple adjustments.
Custom Design: One-time $25 artwork-project fee for standard custom artwork creation.
Embroidery cannot reproduce every photographic effect, gradient or tiny detail exactly. Artwork may need to be simplified to maintain a professional finished appearance.
Any additional digitizing, setup or specialty-manufacturing costs will be confirmed before production.
Attachment & Use
Standard patches include sew-on backing for attachment to compatible apparel and fabric accessories.
Iron-on or hook-and-loop options may be available through a separate custom quote.
Attachment services are not included. If you want patches installed onto hats, jackets or uniforms, contact LCK Creations for a separate quote.
Proofs & Production
All artwork is subject to manufacturing review. Production timing will be confirmed based on patch complexity, quantity, supplier availability and proof approval.
For embroidered patches, we recommend approving a digital proof before production.
Please review lettering, artwork, thread colors, shape and dimensions carefully before approval.
Custom Order Information
All patches within the selected quantity use the same approved design.
Customers must own or have permission to reproduce submitted logos and artwork.
Customer-provided or approved errors may require a paid remake. Changes and cancellations may not be possible once production begins.
Custom products are generally non-returnable for changes of mind or customer errors, subject to applicable law.
If LCK Creations makes a verified production error, we'll make it right.
