Preset Die-Cut Shapes or Custom Silhouette
Preset shapes use existing production dies and are typically the most economical option. A Custom Silhouette follows a unique outline and requires additional setup, proofing, and a proper cut-line file.

Custom silhouettes require a separate vector cut line in addition to the printed artwork. Important text, logos, QR codes, and contact information must stay safely inside the cut line, while background artwork must extend beyond the cut line for bleed. If you do not already have a production-ready cut line, LCK will prepare or coordinate one when applicable.

- Choose whether to use artwork already in your cart or start a new artwork project.
- Select Print-Ready Artwork, Basic Artwork Cleanup, or Custom Design.
- Upload your card artwork, logo, reference images, and custom-shape reference when applicable.
- Enter your exact business-card information and any special instructions.
- Review the digital proof and confirm how the artwork sits inside the final cut.
- Production begins only after proof approval.
Print-Ready Artwork — $0: Your artwork is finished and ready for production.
Basic Artwork Cleanup — $10: Existing artwork needs minor cleanup or production preparation.
Custom Design — $25: LCK builds the card layout using your business information, logo, colors, and references. Original logo creation is not included.
Finished Size: Varies by selected shape.
Cardstock: Standard LCK offering uses 16pt gloss cover unless another stock is approved for the selected shape.
Printing: Full color, front only or front & back.
Shape Templates: Preset shapes use supplier-specific production templates. Custom silhouettes are sized according to the approved cut line and supplier limits.
Typical production is approximately 5–7 business days after proof approval. Preset shapes may be available faster, while custom silhouettes can require additional production setup.
If you have a deadline, enter your Need-By Date. Expedited production may be available depending on the selected shape, quantity, stock, supplier, and current workload. Rush production affects production time only; shipping transit time is separate.
Shaped cards remove printable area compared with a rectangle. Keep names, logos, contact information, QR codes, and other important content safely inside the cut line. Check spelling, contact information, colors, layout, shape, and all visible details before approval.
Premium papers, soft touch, foil, raised spot UV, plastic/PVC, magnet stock, unusual sizes, interior cutouts, extremely detailed outlines, or highly complex silhouettes may require a different supplier configuration or custom quote.
If your card includes a QR code, website, phone link, email link, or another scannable/clickable destination, test it before approving the proof. LCK can place supplied QR codes, but the customer is responsible for confirming that the destination is correct and remains active.
Need shaped cards for several employees, job titles, departments, locations, or contact details? Upload a clearly labeled list or spreadsheet. Orders requiring multiple unique card versions, different cut lines, or repeated proof changes may require an additional setup fee or custom quote.
Die-cut production can have small normal tolerances in cut position, edge placement, and finished dimensions. Keep important text, logos, borders, QR codes, and contact information comfortably inside the safe area. Digital previews and sample images are visual references and cannot perfectly reproduce the final cut, paper texture, coating, or printed color.
Custom-shape cards are produced specifically for your order. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after proof approval or once production has started. Changes requested after approval may require a new cut-line setup, new artwork preparation, supplier charges, or a complete reprint. Refunds, cancellations, and remakes are governed by LCK Creations' Terms of Service and custom-order policies.
By placing this custom order, you confirm that:
- You have reviewed the spelling, names, numbers, dates, contact information, dimensions, colors, artwork, and other details submitted with your order.
- You own or have permission to use all logos, photographs, trademarks, graphics, fonts, and other materials you provide to LCK Creations.
- You understand that production begins only after any required digital proof has been approved.
- Customer-approved errors or changes requested after approval may require additional charges or a paid reprint. If LCK Creations or our production partner makes the production error, we will make it right.
- Colors, paper stocks, coatings, textures, cut placement, cut tolerance, and finished appearance may vary slightly from digital previews, screens, or sample images.
- Need-By dates and expedited production requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed by LCK Creations.
- You understand that custom-produced shaped cards may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund after proof approval or production begins except as provided in LCK Creations' policies.
- You agree to LCK Creations' Terms of Service and applicable custom-order and printing policies.
