TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective September 29, 2026 • Last Updated September 29, 2026
Welcome to LCK Creations.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase or use of products, custom design services, digital products, and other services provided by LCK Creations (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, requesting custom work, approving a design, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
Custom. Creative. Made For You.
LCK Creations is a graphic design and custom-product business offering products and services that may include:
- Custom T-shirts and apparel
- Signs, banners, and displays
- Cups and tumblers
- Stickers and decals
- Party favors and event products
- Business and marketing materials
- Invitations and printed products
- Personalized gifts
- Custom graphic design
- Digital designs and downloadable products
- Made-to-order merchandise
- Other creative products and services
Many LCK Creations products are designed, printed, personalized, assembled, or produced specifically for each customer. Because of that, custom orders may have different payment, cancellation, return, and turnaround rules than ordinary ready-made merchandise.
Please Check The Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order or requesting custom work.
This may include:
- Names and spelling
- Dates
- Sizes
- Colors
- Quantities
- Wording
- Addresses
- Contact information
- Design instructions
- Images or logos
- Event dates
- Shipping information
LCK Creations is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Review Before You Approve
Custom orders may include a digital proof or design preview before production begins.
Customers should carefully review:
- Spelling and grammar
- Names and dates
- Numbers
- Colors
- Placement
- Layout
- Images
- Sizes
- Other design details
Once you approve a proof, you authorize LCK Creations to begin production. Errors contained in an approved proof are generally the customer's responsibility unless the finished product materially differs from the approved design.
Changes Before Production
Unless otherwise stated in a listing, quote, invoice, or written agreement, custom design work may include up to two reasonable revision rounds.
Additional revisions, major changes, or a completely new design direction may require an additional design fee.
Any additional charge will be communicated before billable additional work is completed.
50% To Start • 50% Before Delivery
Custom orders, large orders, bulk orders, event orders, and other made-to-order projects may require a 50% deposit before work begins.
The remaining 50% balance is due when the order is completed and before the order is picked up, delivered, shipped, or otherwise released to the customer.
LCK Creations may require full payment in advance for certain projects, smaller orders, rush orders, material-intensive orders, or other orders at our discretion.
Standard ready-made products purchased through the website are generally paid in full at checkout.
Once design work, material purchasing, customization, preparation, or production has begun, the deposit may become non-refundable because time and materials have already been committed specifically to the customer's order.
Make Sure You Have Permission
Customers may provide logos, photographs, graphics, text, trademarks, artwork, or other materials for use in a custom project.
By submitting these materials, the customer represents that they own the material or have sufficient permission to use it.
LCK Creations may refuse work that we reasonably believe infringes another person's intellectual-property rights or otherwise should not be reproduced.
Customers remain responsible for claims resulting from materials they instruct us to reproduce when they do not have legal authority to use those materials.
What You Buy vs. What We Create
Original concepts, mockups, drafts, source files, templates, working files, and unused design concepts created by LCK Creations remain the property of LCK Creations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchasing a physical product does not automatically include ownership of:
- Editable source files
- Templates
- Production files
- Unused design concepts
- Original artwork not specifically sold with ownership rights
Downloads & Digital Designs
Digital products may include graphics, templates, designs, printables, files, or other downloadable content.
Unless a product listing specifically says otherwise:
- Digital products are licensed for the permitted use stated in the listing.
- Copyright remains with LCK Creations or the applicable rights holder.
- Original digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or given away.
- Customers may not claim LCK Creations' original artwork as their own.
Commercial-use rights, when available, will be stated in the product description or license.
Handmade Means Human
We make reasonable efforts to represent colors and products accurately. However, colors may appear differently due to:
- Phone and computer screens
- Screen brightness and display settings
- Photography and lighting
- Printing methods
- Sublimation
- Vinyl
- Fabric and material differences
Handmade and custom-produced products may also contain minor variations in placement, color, finish, or dimensions. Reasonable production variations do not automatically mean a product is defective.
Please Select Carefully
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product size. Different brands, garments, and styles may fit differently.
Where provided, customers should review sizing information before placing an order.
Custom Work Moves Fast
Because custom and made-to-order products may begin shortly after an order is approved, cancellations are not always possible.
Once design work, material purchasing, printing, personalization, preparation, or production has begun, part or all of the payment may become non-refundable.
Full cancellation and refund rules are provided in our Orders, Shipping, Returns & Custom Products Policy.
Good Work Takes Time
Turnaround times may vary depending on:
- Product type
- Quantity
- Customization
- Material availability
- Proof approval
- Customer response time
- Current workload
- Shipping method
Estimated completion dates are estimates unless LCK Creations specifically guarantees a deadline in writing.
Customers ordering for birthdays, weddings, parties, business events, or other scheduled occasions should provide the required date before ordering.
We Can't Finish What We're Waiting On
Production timelines may be extended when we are waiting on customer information, artwork, measurements, feedback, proof approval, or payment.
Delivery or completion estimates may be adjusted when a project is delayed by the customer.
We Love Showing Off Great Work
Unless confidentiality has been specifically agreed to in writing, LCK Creations may photograph or display completed projects in our:
- Website
- Portfolio
- Social media
- Advertising
- Promotional materials
If you do not want your custom project displayed publicly, please tell us before production.
Mistakes Can Happen
We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing, product information, availability, photographs, and descriptions accurate.
LCK Creations may correct obvious pricing errors, typographical mistakes, product-description errors, technical errors, or availability errors.
If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer with the available options.
Reasonable Business Protection
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LCK Creations will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our website, products, services, or digital products.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where another applicable law must legally control.
Everything Works Together
These Terms should be read together with our:
Product listings, quotes, invoices, or written project agreements may also contain terms specifically applicable to an individual order.
